Returns

Would you like to return an item? Sure. Below you’ll find instructions on how to do it correctly to expedite the entire return process.

Step 1: Email us at info@modecostone.eu to inform us you would like to make a return.
Step 2: Download the return form DOWNLOAD, fill it in and don’t forget to include it with the returned goods.
Step 3: Pack the goods (in their original packaging, if possible) together with the return form and send them back to:

Complaints

Would you like to lodge a complaint? Go ahead. We are sure that, together, we will find a satisfactory form of compensation. We will let you know if your complaint is granted.

Requirements regarding returns

1. The goods have to be new and with no signs of use.
2. Customers have the right to return the goods they purchased within 14 calendar days of the date of collecting or receiving the goods.
3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
If necessary, we will gladly assist in arranging the return shipping to us. Just write to us at
info@modecostone.eu.
4. The seller is obliged to process the return within 14 days of the receipt of the returned goods.
5. The goods should be properly secured. The seller cannot be held liable for any defects that arise in the course of transporting the returned goods.
6. We are obliged by law to process each return within 14 working days, but we try to process returns once a week.
7. Return is calculated 14 days of delivery.
8. The date of sending shall be the date of return.

Requirements regarding complaints

1. The seller is obliged to process the complaint within 14 days of receiving it.
2. The complaint will only be processed with regard to defects and damage that do not result from incorrect use of the product.
3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.
